Research investigation to control the oversized logs causing excessive fines in OSB panel production

A research project to address the oversized wood logs issue, reducing fines content in OSB panels, resulting in enhanced production efficiency, product quality, cost-effectiveness, improved dimensional stability, surface quality, and overall panel strength.
Project implementation led to a production cost reduction of $650,000 CAD.
Borehole child rescue device

A borehole child rescue device which can be used for the rescue of child and lifting hefty submersible pumps developed using a wide range of sensors like Infrared, Ultrasonic, Motions, bionics, sound detector and a camera.
This was accommodated to sense the body temperature, measure the distance, regulate the movement, sensitive motion control, detect sound waves and to capture photos at various postures respectively.

A Research project which insists on the use of argon assisted gas for laser cutting of low carbon steel thin sheets for better precision, surface finish, efficiency, improve production rates, increased performance by analyzing.
This was done under a number of sample tests and various parameters like data, taguchi methods, taguchi analysis and anova tables.
